With more than two decades of experience as a Texas Realtor®, Kent has built his career around one simple belief: treat people the way you want to be treated. Since earning his license in 2002, and focusing on new construction and home sales since 2011, Kent has guided hundreds of buyers and sellers through one of life’s biggest milestones — building or buying a home.

He founded 7:12 Real Estate Advisors (now known as 7:12 Hometown Realty) to specialize in helping clients navigate the process of buying and selling new homes. Then in 2021, he expanded that mission by launching 7:12 Homes, bringing the same values and client-first approach to the building side of real estate.

A lifelong Amarillo native, Kent’s deep roots in the community — along with his faith and commitment to serving others — continue to shape the way he leads his team and serves each client. For Kent, real estate isn’t just a career — it’s a calling.

Born and raised in Amarillo, Jason brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in construction to the 7:12 Homes team — including two years serving as a Building Inspector for the City of Amarillo. He is certified by the International Code Council as both a Residential Building Inspector and a Residential Energy Inspector, bringing a rare level of technical expertise and attention to detail to every home he builds.

Known for his diligence, teamwork, and craftsmanship, Jason approaches each project with the mindset that he’s building a home for his own family. His deep understanding of local codes, quality standards, and building best practices ensures every 7:12 home is safe, efficient, and built to last.

Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2003, Francie has built her career on relationships, reliability, and results. Born and raised in the Texas Panhandle, she brings deep local knowledge and a network of trusted connections — from lenders and appraisers to builders and inspectors — that make every step of the buying or selling process smoother for her clients.

Francie’s experience spans residential, commercial, and farm & ranch properties, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the region’s real estate market. Whether you’re buying your first home or selling land that’s been in your family for generations, Francie’s patient, hands-on approach ensures you always feel supported and informed.

Real estate runs deep in Condra’s roots. Growing up in Amarillo, she spent her childhood tagging along with her granny — a local Realtor® — and working with her parents in the manufactured home business. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong passion for helping others find home.

Today, as a GRI-certified & ABR-certified Realtor®, Condra combines her background in Psychology and Theology from Amarillo College with years of leadership in customer service and hospitality. Her calm, caring nature and commitment to learning make her a trusted guide for clients navigating every step of the real estate process.

Faith and family are at the heart of everything Condra does. When she’s not helping clients, she’s spending time with her two daughters or serving in her church community — living by the verse that inspires her daily, Matthew 6:33.

Taylor brings a creative and strategic eye to the 7:12 team, combining 12+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong background in real estate administration. A BFA graduate in Graphic Design, she also spent time working at the Amarillo Association of REALTORS®, gaining first-hand insight into the industry that informs her work today.

As the daughter of Kent and a remote team member based in Olympia, WA, Taylor plays a key role in shaping the team’s marketing, design, and operational systems. She is passionate about using her skills to make the client experience smoother, more professional, and visually engaging.
