Kent has been in the real estate business since 2002, and directly involved in new home sales and construction since 2011. He started 7:12 Real Estate Advisors specifically to continue representing buyers and sellers of newly built homes, and to assist all parties through the process. His real estate business has always revolved around the premise of the Golden Rule – To always treat others in the same way that you want to be treated.
It was a natural transition to start building homes when the opportunity presented itself in 2021. 7:12 Homes was founded on that same Golden Rule Principal. “We do our best to truly treat people in the same way that we want to be treated. It is an honor and so rewarding to have the opportunity to build a quality home for a family.”

Kent has lived in the Amarillo area his entire life and truly believes that his life experiences have prepared him to lead the 7:12 Team. He is grateful to offer both the Real Estate Services and New Home Construction Services that people deserve from someone they can trust to always do the right thing.

Jason was born and raised here in Amarillo, Texas and has been in construction for 20+ years, 2 of which were spent as a building inspector for the City of Amarillo. He is certified by the International Code Council as a Residential Building Inspector and as a Residential Energy Inspector. Jason is well-known for his diligent work ethic, expertise in home building, and his ability to work as a team. His proficiency and insight in building homes for the Amarillo area distinguishes him from other builders. He is committed to building your home as if he were building his own and he can’t wait to work with you to create the home of your dreams!

Francie has been a Professional Real Estate Agent since 2003. Born and raised in the Texas Panhandle, she has extensive knowledge of the area and has nurtured relationships with lenders, appraisers, inspectors, investors, builders, etc. If you have a question, she will know the answer or know someone who does. Francie has experience in residential, commercial, and farm and ranch properties. She loves working with buyers and sellers and will take you by the hand and lead the way down the path to your new home.

Condra grew up in Amarillo, showing houses alongside her granny, who was also a licensed Realtor. She worked with her parents who were in the manufactured home business. Real estate has always been a passion of hers. Now as a professional in real estate, she is thankful to do what she loves, which is help her family and friends with their real estate needs. Condra is also an alumni of Amarillo College with dual degrees in Psychology and Theology. She is a GRI certified Realtor who is always seeking knowledge to better serve her clients. She brings all of her customer service experience and skills from managing amazing restaurants over the years. She has two beautiful daughters and, in her free time, is active in her church.

Taylor is the daughter of Kent, and works remotely for the 7:12 team from Olympia, WA. She has a BFA in Graphic Design and has worked in the industry for 12+ years. Taylor also spent time working at the Amarillo Association of REALTORS® before moving to Washington. As the newest member of the team, she is excited to marry her experiences to provide excellent design and administrative skills.
