- We’ll contract to purchase your existing home at 80–90% of its appraised value (based on condition).
- While you continue living in your current home, we’ll begin construction on your new home.

When your new home is complete, both transactions close on the same day. At the Title Company, we first close on your current home, giving you access to the equity from the sale. Then, you immediately close on your new custom home and get the keys to move in right away.
Once you’re settled in, our team takes care of preparing, listing, and selling your previous home. After the sale, we split the profit — you keep 80%, and we retain 20%.
